SEAMO X Competition Guidelines

“Shared Room” = twin room shared with a same-gender participant. “Private Room” = a room to yourself (or shared with your companion for 2-pax).

Location: Bali, Indonesia (exact venues only shared with paid guests after ticket sales is over).
Dates: 16–19 Jan 2026 (Fri arrivals • Sat exam • Sun tour + Gala • Mon departures).

Payment Policy: Please complete payment within 72 hours of registration or your tickets may be released.
Entry Tickets: You must submit the Guest Information Form to download your Entry Ticket. No entry without a valid ticket.
Tourist VISA application: Apply at least 30 days before arrival. Click Here > Select BANDARA INTERNASIONAL NGURAH RAI > Scan Your Passport. (SEAMO is not responsible for the outcome of your VISA application. Tickets sold are non-refundable.)

Arrivals & Hotel Check-in — Friday, 16 Jan 2026
SEAMO X Examination — Saturday morning, 17 Jan 2026 (pen & paper; bring Entry Ticket, stationery, water, jacket)
Tour + Gala & Awards — Sunday, 18 Jan 2026 (day tour for eligible packages; evening Gala requires valid ticket)
Departures & Check-out — Monday, 19 Jan 2026

Candidates are ranked globally by grade level. Awards are presented at the Gala & Awards Ceremony (ticket required).

Exam-only candidates: If you do not hold a Gala ticket, your medal (if awarded) will be distributed in your home country later.

Airport Transfers: Available for Full/Stay/Explore packages on 16 Jan (arrivals ~08:00–20:00) and 19 Jan (departures ~06:00–18:00). Hourly shuttle windows. Choose your slots in the Guest Information Form. Outside operating hours, please arrange your own transport.
Hotel: 5-star partner hotel with breakfast. Shared = twin with same-gender participant; Private = room to yourself (or with companion for 2-pax). Groups of three may be assigned a triple room with an extra bed. Linked groups placed side-by-side where possible.
Meals: Not included unless stated. Budget around USD 50/day/person for meals in Bali.
Exam Day: Bring Entry Ticket, writing tools, water, and a jacket. Electronic devices must be powered off and kept away. Parents are not allowed inside the examination halls.
