Who Can Join SEAMO X?
Candidates who participated in SEAMO 2026 may register for SEAMO X 2027.
Candidates compete in one of two divisions according to their SEAMO results.
Champions Division
For candidates who received a SEAMO medal.
Candidates are ranked globally according to grade level.
Open Division
For participating candidates who did not receive a SEAMO medal.
Candidates are ranked globally according to grade level.

Important Package Information
Please review the following information carefully before selecting your package.
Meals During the Tour
Hotel breakfast is included for all guests staying under an eligible
SEAMO X hotel package.
Other meals during the official Bangkok tour are
not included unless specifically stated.
Participants should prepare sufficient Thai Baht (THB), cash or
another accepted payment method for lunch, dinner, drinks and refreshments.
Airport Transfer
Official SEAMO X airport transfers are provided
only between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and the official SEAMO X hotel.
Transfers from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) are not provided.
Gala Admission
A valid Gala ticket is required to enter the
Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony.
The Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony will be held at
Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
on Sunday, 17 January 2027, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Ballroom capacity is limited. Candidates and companions without
Gala admission are not permitted inside the Gala Dinner venue.

SEAMO X 2027 Candidate Guide.
The guide will contain important information including the
exact examination hall and reporting point at QSNCC, SEAMO partner hotel,
reporting instructions, logistics and medal collection procedures.

Exam Pass Candidates
Candidates who receive an award may collect their medal and certificate
from the official SEAMO booth at
Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
on
Sunday, 17 January 2027, from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
The Exam Pass medal collection period is separate from the
Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony, which runs from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Exam Pass holders are
not permitted to enter the Gala Dinner.
Please collect your award during this designated collection period.
Any medal and certificate not collected in Bangkok will be returned to the
candidate's country secretariat after the event and must be collected locally.
Detailed collection instructions will be provided in the Candidate Guide.
Hotel, Tour & Airport Transfers
Hotel
Eligible packages include accommodation at SEAMO's partner hotel
in Bangkok with breakfast.
Check-in: Friday, 15 January 2027
Check-out: Monday, 18 January 2027
Shared-room candidates are paired with another
same-gender participant. Candidate + Companion Full Pass
holders share a private room.
The name and location of the partner hotel will be released
to paid participants in the Candidate Guide.
Bangkok Tour
The official Bangkok tour is included with eligible packages.
Detailed assembly points, timings and activity information
will be communicated to registered participants.
Airport Transfers — BKK Only
Official SEAMO X airport transfers for eligible packages are available
only between Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and the official hotel.
Participants who wish to use the official airport transfer service
should arrange their flights to arrive at BKK.
Transfers from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) are not provided.
Travelling to Thailand
Thailand's visa and entry requirements vary according to
passport, nationality and individual circumstances.
Participants are responsible for checking their own entry requirements
and obtaining any required visa or travel authorisation before departure.

Who can join SEAMO X 2027?

Is the Guest Information Form compulsory?

Yes. The Guest Information Form is required for event security,
seating, accommodation and transport arrangements.
You must complete the form before downloading your Entry Ticket.
The submission deadline is 30 November 2026.
Will my child receive their award on stage?

Candidates holding a valid Gala ticket will participate in
the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony and prize presentation at
Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
on Sunday, 17 January 2027, from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Exam Pass candidates do not have Gala admission and should collect
their medal and certificate from the SEAMO booth at QSNCC
during the designated 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm collection period.
Do companions need a ticket to attend the Gala?

Yes. Every companion entering the Gala venue must hold a valid Gala ticket
because ballroom capacity is limited.
Do I need a visa to travel to Thailand?
